AVOCADOS are a priority in the Keto diet as they are one of the healthiest low carb veggies(fruits) on the planet!

So why not mash it into a Keto friendly dressing!๐Ÿ˜› They contain fiber, copper, folate, and potassium. The fruit also contains Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6. Thatโ€™s a lot of B-Vitamins! It also contains zinc, iron, manganese, and magnesium.

Additionally, the high amount of oleic acid in avocados serves to help in diminishing issues with inflammation and for lowering cholesterol levels.

รnd last but not least, we all wanna be nourished and satisfied after a meal, especially when we switch from “eat-it-all” to a little more strict. On Keto we need 70% fat, so go treat ‘Yo self!๐Ÿ˜› ๐Ÿฅ‘

AVOCADO dressing: Mash avocado, MCT coconut oil, Curcuma, Yeast flakes, Sea salt and a little water.
