AVOCADOS are a priority in the Keto diet as they are one of the healthiest low carb veggies(fruits) on the planet!
So why not mash it into a Keto friendly dressing!😛 They contain fiber, copper, folate, and potassium. The fruit also contains Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6. That’s a lot of B-Vitamins! It also contains zinc, iron, manganese, and magnesium.
Additionally, the high amount of oleic acid in avocados serves to help in diminishing issues with inflammation and for lowering cholesterol levels.
Ánd last but not least, we all wanna be nourished and satisfied after a meal, especially when we switch from “eat-it-all” to a little more strict. On Keto we need 70% fat, so go treat ‘Yo self!😛 🥑
AVOCADO dressing: Mash avocado, MCT coconut oil, Curcuma, Yeast flakes, Sea salt and a little water.
Pour it over your veggies. My plant based protein came from fried Tempeh.
