EATING OUT can be real challenging if you are on a plantbased low carb eating regime. The real challenge for me was to check into a meat/burger restaurant to see what I could order with plenty of plant-based fats for energy, some plant-based proteins and few carbs possible.

The results where there:) Delicious grilled veggies with crushed sea salt, plenty of guacamole and fresh olives.

TIP: For extra protein, always bring a serving of pea protein with u🍃🥛🍃 #shakeitwell

The best part was that the waitress was inspired by our plant based creation as she was struggling with the satisfaction she got with eating more plants while working in a meat based restaurant. It’s amazing to inspire other people how to eat more plants, and not criticize them because they choose differently.
