SCHEDULE

From MONDAY DECEMBER 5th till FRIDAY DECEMBER 9th 2022 there is an opportunity to share your story and start to practice yoga with us online. I’ll be guiding you, but remember we are in this together. The only thing you have to do is to dedicate yourself by coming on the mat, for 5 days from 7.00 AM – 7.30 AM. We’ll meet online but from the beautiful Island of Koh Phangan, Thailand. After yoga practice, we have space to share our very unique life stories.

We start off by coming into the moment and connecting with the breath, our life force energy. It’s in that moment, when we are aware, that the magic starts to happen. The mind will become quieter and a calm awareness arises. As a result, emotional stress and random thoughts are less likely to occur. So basically the whole system gets a break. The energy begins to flow more freely pushing through any emotional and physical blockages and thus freeing the body and mind. Which results in the “feel good” effect after a yoga practice.

After managing the breath, we’ll start at the heart of any Vinyasa flow yoga practice, The SUN SALUTATIONS sequence. By repeating the Sun salutations for 5 days, you will become more centered and grounded, creating a focus for your day. After managing the sequence, which will give you strength and flexibility, we start to focus on connecting the breath to each movement. You will soon experience a meditative flow that will leave your ego behind, boost the immune system, de-stress and find inner peace.

No matter if we’re broken, exhausted, distracted, sad, in pain, inflexible, confused, whatever… Yoga always heals us, just by showing up on your mat.

Don’t worry, this 5-day yoga practice will be on donation or for free, to make it accessible for everyone.
